How can I order?
You can place an order directly on our website by choosing your products and adding them to yourcart. We also accept orders via WhatsApp: +351 931 364 615 or email: momsbijouxbakery@gmail.com.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments made via MB WAY, Multibanco reference, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is it possible to make a custom order?
Yes! You already have some customization options available on our website—from special messages to unique flavor combinations.
If you're looking for something completely custom-made for an event, celebration, or special occasion, contact us via WhatsApp or email. We'll be happy to create something unique for you!
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, via the carrier CTT Expresso.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping is done within 2 business days after payment confirmation, with shipping on Tuesday and Thursday to avoid weekend hold-ups.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you are absent, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule. If you attempt to reschedule again, additional charges may apply.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
Deliveries follow the carrier's schedule, so we can't guarantee an exact time. However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Products and Ingredients
Do the products contain preservatives or additives?
No. All our products are handmade, without preservatives or additives. We guarantee flavor, freshness, and quality!
Do you have options for specific diets (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.)?
We currently don't have versions for specific diets, but we are developing new recipes that accommodate different dietary needs.
Are your fillings homemade?
Yes! All fillings are prepared by us, with fresh, selected ingredients.
Conservation
How long do these cookies stay fresh?
Cookies will stay fresh for up to 1 week after delivery if stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Can I freeze these cookies?
Yes! Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months. Just let them thaw at room temperature before placing them in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the artisanal and food-based nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, issue store credit or resend the item.
