Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All our products are handmade and made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if there is a problem with the order?

If something is not correct (damaged product, order error, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Resend the product
  • Offer store credit

Each case is analyzed individually.

How do I report a problem?

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, ideally with photos, so we can quickly assess it.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not accepted until 1 business day before the shipping date.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make changes, please email us at: momsbijouxbakery@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, as long as the order is not yet in the preparation or shipping phase.
