At Mom's Bijoux, we handle every order with care, ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. We work with CTT Expresso, a carrier with national and international coverage.

Where do we ship to?

Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout. If you are in another country, contact us: we will find a solution!

When will my products arrive?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays to avoid weekend delays and ensure freshness.

Delivery time depends on the country and is indicated at checkout.
In exceptional situations (out of stock, incomplete or incorrect address), delivery may take up to 7 business days.

What if I can't receive my order?

If delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence, CTT Expresso will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling.

How much does it cost to send?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, volume, and destination.

What do I need to guarantee as a customer?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide all correct and complete delivery details:

  • Address
  • Telephone contact
  • Email

What happens if there is an error in the information provided?

If a shipment needs to be reshipped due to an error in the information, the additional costs will be the customer's responsibility. There will be no refund for the costs of the first delivery attempt.
